Our Company Name
We are asked all the time about the meaning of our company name.

Generation
- stands for the new generation. One of our strengths is social media, which we utilize in the multi-module programs we create for our customers.
Generation
- also stands for lead generation, which is our specialty! We believe that every marketing activity a company introduces is for the reason to generate demand for their products and services.
O
- stands for Outstanding, whether we are talking about the new generation or lead generation.
GenO - one of our company abbreviations stands for genetically altered leads. It is a play on words between the geno project and the superiority of our lead generation programs.
GenerationO - another abbreviations stands for the new generation we call the generation "O" for the outstanding generation it is.
GO Marketing
- another abbreviations we use is GO (Generation O) Marketing. We are go getters and make marketing go!

Mercedes Oz is our Demand Gen & Marketing Automation Expert. She is a passionate demand generation professional with over 15 years of experience. She brings a proven record of developing marketing automation infrastructures including scoring, lead management, nurturing, qualifying as well as creating and executing successful campaigns. With experience at major corporations she has advanced level knowledge of several marketing automation software as well as throughout knowledge of Salesforce.com. Mercedes has innovative ideas and received prestigious marketing excellence awards from top-ranked companies.

 

Jena BarkerJena Barker is our event planning expert and account executive. Jena has over 15 years of experience in product management, planning, organizing and facilitating meetings and events of any size as well as managing accounts of various sizes. Jena is a certified meeting professional and throughout her career, senior executives have relied on her organizational skills, knowledge of business processes and superlative people skills. Jena executed and delivered many successful events throughout her career including Virtual Events, Corporate Executive Meetings, Conferences and Charity Events.

 

Merunisha Peel

Merunisha Peel is our account manager. She is a dedicated and vision-driven leader with a passion for increasing performance in the global marketplace.  Nisha offers 15+ years of high-level client relationship development and management experience, with demonstrated success in highly visible and versatile leadership roles that required proven skills in strategic planning, client services, customer service, project management, and business development.  In addition, her multicultural background and experience in North America, Europe, and Africa, and experience in for-profit and non-profit sectors makes her an excellent fit our team and clients.

Michelle Cornell

Michelle Cornell is our value proposition, competitive advantage statement, messaging and content writer. She has 15 years experience providing proven sales and marketing strategies, messaging and programs for services and products in both the business-to-business and consumer arenas. She works with direct and channel sales teams and her experience crosses a variety of industries.  Michelle understands the importance of connecting marketing to sales success and she excels at honing in on and messaging key strengths and competitive advantages. Her experience ranges from start-ups to multi-billion dollar companies, including HP and IBM.  

 

Jeff

Jeff Mahoney is our Sales Trainer focusing on the new era of sales and actively promotes technologies to assist sales organizations with achieving their goals. Jeff, a twenty year veteran of Fortune 100 telecommunication and real estate companies, has consistently been a top producing Sales Representative and Sales Manager.  Jeff, created and authored The Discovery Process; a question based selling method that provides a simple effective process to create awareness, buy-in and the sale. In addition, he is the creator and author of Project Pipeline, that inspired prestigious international corporations to improve sales performance by incorporating his methodologies into existing sales processes.

 

Kirstie van der Spuy

Kirstie van der Spuy is our very talented designer. Kiki has over 10 years experience in designing marketing and sales materials including websites, online and print ads, newsletters, case studies, white papers, flash demos, etc. She has worked on projects with large companies such as Coca Cola, General Mills and LG.
